"Au détour, d’une balade derrière le marché couvert d’Albi, se trouve THE PÉPITE !!!! Une explosion de bonheur, des produits de qualité tout est fait maison avec passion et amour Un choix immense de focaccia, généreuses, gourmandes et le pain que dire …. j’en salive encore Histoire de s’achever, on goûte bien sûr les délicieux dessert, un goût de « revenez y vite » Vous y découvrirez un couple chaleureux, très sympathique amoureux de la bonne bouffe italienne Alors foncez vous régaler, vous serez pas déçu"

"Que dire mise à part que si vous n’avez pas testé foncer. Des ingrédients de qualité, une explosion de saveur qui à chaque bouché nous décroche un Mama Mia. Un service rapide, agréable et rempli d’humour. Et la note finale et pas des moindres rapport qualité prix plus que correct, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!"

"En vacances nous avons cherché un endroit pour se poser et déjeuner à Albi et c'est l'adresse idéale ! Les gérants sont accueillants et sympathiques et au petit soin. Nous étions cinq et voulions manger au frais à l'intérieur : ils ont tout de suite réaménagé les tables pour que nous soyons à l'aise. Les focaccia sont copieuses et garnies avec des ingrédients de qualité et préparées à la demande (on voit le monsieur couper à la trancheuse la charcuterie italienne des commandes). Ils sont en face des halles donc approvisionné régulièrement en produits frais. Nous avons été servis rapidement et avec le sourire et les prix sont abordables. Idéal pour une petite pause en famille !"
